Quesneville, Camille

1901 – 1971
French

Camille Quesneville came from a distinguished background of French printmakers – he was the grandson of the master printer Auguste Delâtre and worked with his uncle Eugène Delâtre in the atelier on rue Lepic. He was primarily an art engraver/printer transforming the drawings of other artists into etchings and engravings, but was an accomplished draftsman himself.
